Step 1: Discovery

We look at what’s working, what’s stuck, and what’s simply being tolerated. If we decide to move forward, we conduct a comprehensive internal audit to get a clear and honest picture of what’s really happening and what systems are in play. We can’t build or implement a custom blueprint if we don’t know what we’re working with. If information is withheld, incomplete, or unclear, it slows everything down. And we’re not in the business of wasting time, we’re in the business of delivering results.

This phase is also about fit.

If there’s strong alignment and commitment, we move forward to Step 2: the proposal.

Our proposals are highly customized and require deep focus. That’s why we ask for clear priorities and agreement on the scope of services upfront. If the timing isn’t right, that’s okay. We don’t want to take up more of your time, or ours, if alignment isn’t there.

Based on the discovery phase, we prepare a customized plan that targets the key areas of your business that we agreed upon during the discovery phase:

Step 3: Master Service Agreement (MSA)

We believe in partnerships, not just one-off projects. The Master Service Agreement (MSA) sets the foundation for how we work together, ensuring both flexibility and scalability as your business grows.

We also know vendor selection and contracting can make or break execution. Having coached and worked with hundreds on the pitfalls of vendor agreements, and also, we have lived through the nightmare of not laying out the specific expectations in an agreement that protects and builds a successful partnership, so we have learned and we practice what we preach.

That’s why we provide a detailed, structured outline of the specific scope of services and deliverables, clearly laid out as an exhibit(s) within the MSA. This ensures transparency, accountability, and the ability to adapt as your needs evolve.

Step 4: Execution & Vision to Actionshop

Once the foundation is set, Ailm moves fast, transitioning from strategy to execution. The Vision to Actionshop is a high-impact kickoff session designed to turn ideas into action.

During the Actionshop:

✔️ Timelines are set so execution happens with speed and efficiency.
✔️ Leadership is on the same page, cutting unnecessary back-and-forth.

Step 5: Transition & Sustaining Growth

Ailm isn’t just about building something great, we’re about making sure it runs like a well-oiled machine.

Once we’ve built the infrastructure, systems, and processes, our goal is to hand it over to you as a fully functional, scalable operation, ready for your in-house team to maintain and grow. This often includes a transition phase, where we either recruit and onboard a new in-house team member(s) or train an existing one to manage the project or function. We don’t invest this level of time and expertise to build a successful infrastructure to just walk away. We ensure the machine we’ve built is set up to run, evolve, and sustain.

But growth doesn’t stop there. If there’s another phase to tackle, we can:
