Regina Story is the founder and CEO of Ailm — and the heart behind our mission.

She’s known for building strong teams, meaningful partnerships, and thoughtful strategies that create real progress. Over the years, she’s earned more than a dozen awards for her leadership, but what matters most to her is helping people lead with clarity, courage, and care.

Regina brings years of experience across healthcare, wellness, legal, and events and a talent for turning vision into action. She’s helped grow organizations from the ground up, led multi-million dollar portfolios, and built a professional services company that grossed $2 million in revenue within its first two years. But more than results, what defines her is how she shows up — with intention, humanity, and deep respect for the people she serves.

That intention is rooted in hope. After losing her brother Joe to suicide, Regina made a choice to let his story guide her work. His journey became part of her purpose. To lead with compassion, to create spaces that support healing and growth, and to help others build what matters most.

Whether she’s coaching a founder through change, guiding a team through transition, or helping a vision come to life, Regina brings presence, insight, and steady energy to every step.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at home with her beloved and fur babies, strength training, flowing through yoga, at the park, exploring new cities, making new friends, or dancing to a good beat. She brings her full self to everything she does and embraces when others to do the same.
